RETURNS & EXCHANGES

A completely satisfied customer is essential to us at Varam . In case of any reason leading to your unsatisfaction kindly intimate us via call/mail/WhatsApp within 7 days of delivery, we will accept your timely return of unused, unwashed, or defective merchandise. Used merchandise cannot be returned.

Refund Policy:

In the unlikely event of damaged, defective or different/wrong item delivered to you, we will provide a full refund or free replacement as applicable. 

Refund will be initiated on the same day of receiving the product at our warehouse. It will be remitted within 10 working days in the same bank account/wallets/UPI from which the payment was made. 

Cancellation Policy:

In case you changed your mind, you can cancel the order within 72 hours of placing the order depending on product shipment status and full refund will be issued in case of Prepaid Orders. 

Refund will be initiated on the same day of cancellation provided the item is not shipped. It will be remitted within 10 working days in the same Bank Account/Wallets/UPI from which the payment was made.
